Dennis R. Chapman Jr.

Dennis R. Chapman Jr., 51, of Kokomo passed away at 10:05 AM Sunday July 7, 2019 at his residence. Born February 4, 1968 in Kokomo, he is the son of Dennis R. Chapman and the late Ima Rose (Damewood) Chapman. On April 24, 1993 in Kokomo, he married Natalie Elizabeth (Norris), and she survives. He was currently employed in the heating and cooling business for the last 20 years. He was a lifetime member of the Howard County Vietnam Veterans. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his son. Survivors include his wife of over 26 years Natalie Elizabeth Chapman; his father Dennis R. Chapman; one son Austin (Candace) Chapman; one daughter Kristina (Matt) Miller; one brother Danny Chapman; one sister Tammy Wade, three grandchildren Issac Miller, Isabella Miller and Anthony Ely Chapman, all of Kokomo. He was preceded in death by his mother Ima Rose Chapman in 2013. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday July 10, 2019 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Reverend Will Bolton will officiate. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2 PM Wednesday at the mortuary.
