90, of Indianapolis, died on July 29, 2019. She was born August 13, 1928 in Harlan, Kentucky to Andrew Robert and Laura Helen Goodin Hembree. Daughters Sandra Whittington, Marsha Wampler, sister Francis Charlene Titus, brother Herman Hembree, grandchildren Scott Michael Whittington, Anne Leslie Tiemeyer, Brett Wampler and Erin Wampler, great grandchildren Mason Whittington, Bella Whittington, Zoe Tiemeyer, Jackson Tiemeyer, Brady Wampler and Deacon Wampler.
