Elizabeth Catherine Nguyen

Elizabeth Catherine Nguyen, 9, of Falls Church, VA passed away on August 10, 2019 at Children’s National in Washington, DC. She was born to her mother, Nga Thi-Hong Nguyen on May 13, 2010. She went to school at Beech Tree ES. Elizabeth wanted to a police officer or an FBI agent! She said she wanted to make enough money to take care of her mother and protect her brother from the bad guys. She loves making silly faces and farting while staring goofily at her siblings. Elizabeth is survived by her mother, Nga; her brother, James Ho; and her brother, Danny Ho. Memorials may be given to James Ho. The family of Nguyen wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the nurses of both iNova and Children’s National; the staff, teachers and students of Beech Tree ES; The Great American Restaurant’s Family; and all of the people who supported us during this tragic time. Funeral services will be on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 1-5pm at National Funeral Home 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042. Prayer service and burial will follow on Friday, August 16, 2019 at National Memorial Park 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042.
