Mrs. Cynthia (Cindy) Sue Kuron, of Woodbridge, VA, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020 at the age of 63.
Cindy was born to parents Fred and Rachel Rogers on April 13, 1956 in Hewlett, New York. She grew up as the youngest of their two daughters and attended G.W. Hewlett High School where she graduated in 1974. On April 23rd, 1977 she married her husband Richard Kuron, and had three children together.
Cindy was an avid reader for most of her life, Stephen King being her favorite author. She was a collector of autographs, and memorabilia for the many books, movies and television shows that she loved. Cindy also enjoyed crocheting, and has made many beautiful handmade items for friends and family over the years.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Richard Kuron, their children Jennifer Pavelsky, Theresa Coleson, and Richard Kuron jr., and her five grandchildren, David Pavelsky jr., Kristopher Pavelsky, Ethan Pavelsky, Tess Coleson, and Emmett Coleson. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Rachel Rogers, and her sister Peggy Wasniewski.
Funeral mass services will be held on January 17th 2020 at 11am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Springfield, Virginia. The graveside service will follow at the Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, Virginia at 1pm.
