Kenneth Stephen Rice

Kenneth Stephen Rice, 75, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 surrounded by family. He was born on December 10, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Leland and Mildred Rice. Ken was a graduate of Northside High School. He served in the United States Airforce for 2 1/2 years in Vietnam. Ken was a custodian for Fort Wayne Community Schools for 25 years. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and the AFSCME. Ken loved to fish and oil paint, taking tips from Bob Ross. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Linda Rice; daughter, Cathy Rice; and sons, Jordan and Adam Rice. Also preceding him in passing was his daughter, Melissa Rice; and brother, Maurice Rice. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, January 20, 2020 at Peace Lutheran Church 4900 Fairfield Ave. Fort Wayne (IN 46807) with visitation one hour prior.
