Stephen Michael Holt, 55, of James City County, passed away suddenly on May 15, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Nancy Holt. He is survived by his son, James Michael Holt. Due to the pandemic, a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
