Robert Allen Weisel

Robert Allen Weisel, 89, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 22, 2020. A native of New Jersey, Robert was born to the late Clare and Beatrice (nee Dennis) Weisel. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard, Howard and Clare Weisel and his loving wife of 56 years, M Joyce Weisel. Robert was a retired paper worker, employed by the Reigel Paper Company and previously worked for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. A Korean War Veteran who served with the US Navy, Robert relocated to Virginia Beach, VA with his wife in 2009. He enjoyed fishing and playing golf in his retirement years. Left to honor his memory are his son, Brett; granddaughter, Caitlyn; daughter-in-law, Heather; and his brother, Paul; and a host of other family and friends in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Robert will be eternally laid to rest beside his wife in New Jersey.
