Stephen T. Steele

Stephen T. Steele, 63, of Evansville, passed away Friday, June 12, 2020, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. He was born on November 23, 1956, in Evansville, Indiana. Stephen enjoyed 4-wheeling, traveling and gold-mining. He loved and was proud of his Jeep. Stephen worked for Buck’s Crane Services, Bunny Bread, and Graber’s Crane Service. He was a member of IUOE #181 in Henderson, Kentucky. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Steele; sister, Lana Steele; stepchildren, Den Cotton (Stacey) and Julie Reed (David); three step-grandchildren, Logan Cotton, Eric and Evan Reed; two nephews, Jeff and Jay Liberman. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Rev. Connie L. Baltzell, with burial in St. Ann Cemetery in Morganfield, Kentucky at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Friends may visit Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
