David Patrick Cusack

David Patrick Cusack, 38, of Indianapolis, passed away June 21, 2020. David was born in Chicago, Illinois to Donald and Margaret (Keane) Cusack. He worked as a Landscaper for Prestige Ground Management. David is survived by his son, Dontae Cusack of Indianapolis; his mother, Margaret "Peggy" Keane of Indianapolis; his father and step-mother, Donald and Linda Cusack of Chicago; brother, Steven Cusack of Chicago; half-brothers, Ryan Cusack of Chicago and Noah Cusack of Chicago. Visitation for David will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Family Funeral Care, 5791 Rockville Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana; Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2020 at Family Funeral Care with burial in Westridge Park Cemetery. Due to the current restrictions imposed by the State of Indiana in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic all guests must wear a mask and practice social distancing guidelines. Only 50 guests will be permitted in the facility at a time.
