Edward H. Childress

Edward H. Childress, age 69, entered into eternal peace on August 10, 2020, at Riverside Regional Medical Center. Ed grew up in Baltimore, MD, and later in life moved to Williamsburg where he made his home for over 35 years. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Lynn Carter, his daughter Dawn Sullivan and son-in-law Charles of Hanover and four grandchildren, Raiden, Sydnie, Kenna and Levi Edward, all at home. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Sandra Carter Wilson of Richmond, his lifelong friend Sebastian Bewig of Baltimore, MD, and his fur baby, Lily Mae. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1042 Penniman Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
