Emmley "Marcie" Marsleen Bush

Emmley “Marcie” Marsleen Bush, 88, of Avilla, Ind., passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Parkview Hospital Randallia. Born November 6, 1931 in Lee County, Va., she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Pinia (Hopkins) Lawson. Marcie was a member of Laotto Wesleyan Church and loved spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren, as they all brought her so much joy. An avid card player, Marcie looked forward to her friends visiting her every Monday; she loved winning and playing seven crowns. A football fanatic, she enjoyed the Snider Panthers and Indianapolis Colts. Marcie also loved gardening and flowers. She is survived by her sons, Russell (Georjean) Bush of Hamilton, Ind., and Jeffrey Bush of Laotto, Ind.; one grandson, Douglas (Christine) Bush of Fort Wayne; and three great-grandchildren, Noah, Riley, and Max. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Bush; and many siblings.
