Phyllis Ann Bertrand Hughley

Phyllis Ann Bertrand Hughley, 70, of Superior, Wisconsin passed away October 1, 2020. She was born in New Albany, Indiana on September 29, 1950 to Alberta E. Bertrand and the late Francis A. Bertrand. She was retired from Haas Cabinet. She is survived by her husband, Jim Hughley; son, Christopher (Amanda) Bindner; grandchild, Colten Bindner; mother, Alberta E. Bertrand; siblings, Jim Bertrand, Steve Bertrand and Ronald Bertrand as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Memorial Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road.
