Dana Lee Barnes

Dana Lee Barnes was born in Greensburg, Indiana on January 23,1964, to John F. & Betty Barnes. He passed away at Decatur County Memorial Hospital on October 16, 2020, after a long battle with alcohol addiction. He is survived by his step mother Patricia Barnes, significant other Jan Straber, two bothers Kevin (Claretta) Barnes, John (Susan) Barnes, sister Megan (Andrew) Godar and seven nieces and four nephews Tristan Alexander, Collin Godar, Lyric Barnes, Omaggio Barnes, Denyla Coleman, Kaiya Godar, Nia Alexander, Ziah Barnes, Kelsa Barnes, Brea Barnes, and Gia Barnes. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020 from 3-7:00 pm at the St John’s Hall in Greensburg, IN. Friends and family are encouraged to come and share memories or bring picture of Dana. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for expenses or to the Cheer Fund.
