Helen Klassen

Our beautiful mom, Helen, passed away into the loving arms of Jesus on June 26, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents Henry and Katarina Peters; her loving husband of 47 years Abe; sister Lydia Peters; brother Henry Peters; sisters-in-law Anne Peters, Henrietta Klassen & Margaret Kroeker; brothers-in-law Alfred Kroeker, Jim Thibideau, Jake Klassen & Henry Wiebe; and her beautiful daughter-in-law Virginia Klassen. Helen leaves behind four sisters, Tina Wiebe, Erna & Henry Walde, Anne & Menno Boldt, and Martha Thibideau; one brother Ernie & Elfrieda Peters; sister-in-law Nettie Klassen; brother-in-law John Klassen; sister-and-brother-in-law Lillian & Henry Regehr; daughter Sharon Klassen; daughter Dora & Gord Isaak; son Tim Klassen; son Steve & Carrie Klassen; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mom lived a life of faith, filled with music, good food, family, friends and the Blue Jays. Mom, we are going to miss you something awful! You were the sweetest person on earth and such an inspiration to us all. We are extremely grateful to the staff at Holmberg House, where Mom spent her last three months. You cared for our Mom with grace and compassion. Thank you. Services will be held August 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
