Barry E. Wilson

Barry E. Wilson was born on October 3, 1950 to Robert C. and Kathryn (Cleveland) Wilson and was a lifelong resident of rural Albion. He died on April 25, 2019 after a long decline due to Frontal Temporal Degeneration/Dementia. Barry attended Tamerack Elementary School and graduated from Albion High School in 1969. He married Patricia (Beissel) Wilson on September 2, 1978. He is survived by Pat, two sons, Glenn of Lansing and Kevin of Albion; brother, Leonard (Mary) Wilson and sister, Marilyn (Bob) Weeks and numerous extended family members. He was preceded in death by both parents, a brother, Charles R. Wilson and a sister, Martha McAllister. Barry enjoyed working at Irwin Hardware in Homer, Albion Ace Hardware, and at Calhoun County Fair. He enjoyed traveling, having visited all 50 states, his cats and dogs, kayaking and mushroom hunting. Donations can be made to Miles for Memories, 32 W.
