Loyd and I went to the fire school together. I will never forget when we first met each other. He accepted me as family that day. He constantly reminded me how good wi was doing and told me to push through when I was hurting and tired. He helped me become the person I am today.

I knew Lloyd for a few years prior to him joining Rhodell Vol. Fire Dept. I had taken my FF1 class with him at Sophia Fire Dept. and he was also a member of Sophia at that time. He was a very nice person and loved what he did as a Firefighter. A year or two after that he came to join us at RVFD and there was never a dull moment. From picking and joking around, to helping with department chores and fire calls, he was a true blessing and it was a pleasure to call him my friend and my bother. I will miss you dearly...fly high brother.

Lloyd was a nice guy. Every time he walked past, he always smiled and spoke. Still, whenever I see someone walking around the corner, I look up and expect to hear Lloyd saying, "Hey, Lisa!"

I'll never forget how proud, happy, and excited he was when he leveled up. Man, ya couldn't wipe that smile off of his face! He was beaming for days!

You are missed, Lloyd. Fly high, my friend.
