May 23, 1954 – October 8, 2019
On October 8, 2019, James Alexander Figgs; beloved son of the late James Nelson Figgs and Henrietta (nee Powell); husband of Crystal Smith; father of Vienna and Jamie Figgs, stepfather of Jamaica Figgs and Toshiba Maldeis; grandfather of Daquan, Antonio, Rashon, Seirra, Aaliyah, Dara, Zoey, Jayla, Jamique, Lloyd, Miyavi, Phoenix, Kingston, Ta’liyah and Marius. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 West MacPhail Road (at RTE 24) on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 12 to 2 pm at which time a service will be held. Interment to follow at the St. Luke United Methodist Church Cemetery, Monkton, MD.
