Adrian Daniel Gomez

Adrian Daniel Gomez, 26, of Crystal Lake passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2019. He was born March 30, 1993 in Chicago to Jaime and Claudia Gomez. Adrian was a good man, he was a devoted father, son, brother, grandson, cousin, and friend to all. He had a big heart and cared about everyone. He was always determined to bring everyone together. His kids meant the world to him. Adrian loved movies, superheroes, comics, and Marvel especially. He was the king of the one-liner. He could quote any movie/show, anytime of the day, all the time. He would also always take on little projects. Adrian's greatest dream was to be a police officer and he was very close to accomplishing that dream. Adrian is survived by his fiancée, Allie Maklezow; his children, Alexa and Drew; his father, Jaime Gomez; his mother; Claudia Gomez; his siblings, Andrew, Angel, and Chloe; his grandparents, Monica (his best friend) and Chacho Vergara. There will be a memorial visitation from 3 to 8pm on Thursday, October 3 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
