Blaine "Parker" Calvin Beals

BEALS, Blaine “Parker” - 54, Dartmouth. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 25th, 2019 at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Blaine was formally trained in the Culinary Arts and achieved his Red Seal. Blaine began his career at various restaurants throughout Halifax starting at Clipper Cay, Salty’s, The Sheraton Waterfront Hotel and, ending with The Halifax Marriot Hotel. He was the proud owner and operator of Ariel’s Homestyle Catering and Café, where he served his community with pride. He loved catering any event no matter the size. Blaine was a man with a very big heart, he loved to joke, and he always had a smile on his face. He was a dedicated father and his presence will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Kimberley, children Ariel and Blaine Jr. Father John H. Thompson (Shawna Patterson), Brothers, John Jr, Narlen (Machelle) and Marko (Carmaine), Aunts, Gwendolyn , Shenner , Julia , Margaret , Greta , Natherine Uncles, Garfield Jr, Gerald (Carol) , Leonard (Beaulah) , Myles (Pam) , Murphy (Janice) , Other Siblings Cherylanne, Ranosker, Serena, Jerome, Alisa, Sharmay, Farrell, Kirby, Johnathan, Draper and Dominic. Godmother Loriene Downey, Godchildren Cortessa Beals, Cainyn Cain, Evangeline Francis and Johneil Johnson, Father-in-law James (Frances) Harper. He was predeceased by his mother Mona L. Thompson. grandparents; Garfield Sr. and Gertrude Beals, Uncles Sydney Willis, Vaughan Beals and Ronald David Sr., Aunts Evangeline Fraser, Vina-Mae Beals and June Beals, other sibling Sanderson Fraser. Mother in law Frances Harper. Cremation has taken place. Funeral services will be held at Saint Thomas Baptist Church, North Preston where he was a member. 1:00pm Friday, July 5th, 2019.
