Michael James Gray
June 9, 1954 – January 28, 2019

Surrounded by the love of his family Michael James Gray passed away on January 28, 2019 at the QEII Hospital, HI Site at the age of 64.
Michael had a love for others; he was kind, attentive and positive through all the challenges of life. He lovingly raised his daughters Lisa and Tiffany.
In his teens he was an accomplished paddler, winning many championships. He took pleasure in nature, photography, music and scenic drives.
Michael had a deep faith in Jesus and loved the word of God. He always trusted in the Lord which was felt by others when in his presence.
He is survived by his loving children, Lisa Abram, Tiffany Blair (Jeff) and Matthew McClement (Danielle). His adored grandchildren, Braylin, Liam, Cove, Brinley, Mason and Ava. His brothers and sisters Bill Gray (Linda), Nancy Feener, Geraldine Thompson, Gayle Gray, Greg Gray (Deb), Jack Gray, Denise Gray Cox (Fred) and many nieces and nephews, all of whom deeply loved Michael. He was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Geraldine Gray; his wife, Beverley McClement Gray; sister, Lillian Ritchie; brother, David (in infancy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 31 from 6pm-8pm at A L Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street, Dartmouth. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 11 am, First Baptist Church Dartmouth, 100 Ochterloney Street with Dr. Rev. David Watt and Rev. Gavin McCrombie officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cardiovascular/Heart Function Clinic at the QEII Hospital Halifax.
