Obituary of "Pab" David A. Frost
Sadly we inform you that PAB (David A. Frost) - Age 79 of Bear River passed away at home peacefully on February 7, 2019. Born in Bear River, he was a son of the late Emdon and Louise "Dolly" (Rice) Frost. Over the years Pab was in the Reserves at CFB Cornwallis and he worked in various places around the Maritimes. He owned his own logging truck for a period of time and worked for DND on Cornwallis Base. He also enjoyed going on long haul 18 wheeler trips as a spare driver with his buddy Malcolm; sometimes would go on his own from time to time and bring his family. He was owner and operator of Pab's Shuttle until his retirement. He was an active part of the community being a life member of both, Bear River Fire Department and Royal Canadian Legion Branch #22, Bear River. Pab enjoyed being Sports Chairman for Darts and Pool at the legion where he loved to play, organize and run the tournaments and maybe have a beer or two... He enjoyed camping, family vacations, socializing, telling stories and he LOVED to tease. Pab loved to drive, whether it was a taking road trip somewhere or just his daily trip downtown Bear River to socialize; he especially enjoyed being able drive his daughter to school every day. He loved life and enjoyed the love of his family and friends. Pab was thankful to remain at home being cared for by his loving wife.
