Ray J. Castellano

Ray was born July 4,1944, in Artesia, New Mexico, and passed away at home, on May 2, 2019, at the age of 74. After a long battle with Brain Cancer, our beloved father and husband put up a good fight. Ray graduated from Washington Union High School in 1963, then went off to the Army. He attended Fresno City college. Ray worked for the United Postal Services for 34 years. Ray Married the love of his life, Margaret on his birthday 7-4-67. Ray loved to work on his Cattle Ranch in Prather. Ray is preceded in death by his parents, Senaida and Blas Castellano. He leaves behind his wife Margaret Castellano, Daughters Arlene Castellano, Jeanette Castellano and Becky and her husband Frank Martinez. Ray has 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Ray has 8 grandchildren and 1 Great-Grandchild. Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral home on May 13, 2019 from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm. A Memorial service will follow from 2:00pm till 4:00pm. Burial will take place at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, in Santa Nella, CA. on May 14, 2019, at 1:30pm.
