Gabe J. Sisneros

Gabe had a bigger than life personality. He made friends with everyone, always was joking, had a positive attitude and influence on those around him. Gabriel Joe Sisneros (Gabe) was born in Pueblo, Colorado on June 29, 1971 to Eva (Valdez) Sisneros and Jose Sisneros. Gabe lived most of his life in Pueblo and Denver, Colorado. He and his wife recently moved to Grand Junction, Colorado where he passed on May, 2, 2019. Gabe met his wife, Mona, in Denver on April 9, 1993 and they got married on June 9, 1994. They have two children, Gabriel (Denver) and Katarina (Fort Collins). Gabe is survived by his wife, Mona, his children; Gabriel and Katarina, his mother; Eva Sisneros and his siblings; Matt Sisneros, Nick Sisneros, April Sisneros, Christa Sisneros all of Denver, Colorado and Nick Sisneros, Shanghai, China. Gabe was a fleet mechanic for Excel Energy in Grand Junction, Colorado, after being transferred from Excel in Denver, Colorado. He belonged to the IBEW Local union 111. He was a mechanic for many years for Douglas County School District. Gabe graduated from Alameda High School and obtained two Associates degrees. He served in the Marine Corps. Gabe enjoyed weight lifting, dirt biking, detailing cars, camping, and experimenting in the kitchen. What Gabe loved most was his family. He and Mona were best friends and a great team. He was very proud of his children and made them his priority. He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Sisneros.
