Carole A. Dietz

Carole A. Dietz, 86, a resident of Jensen Beach, Florida, departed this life Wednesday, June 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lynn Martinez. She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, George W. Dietz; children, Dianne Salveter, Daniel G. Dietz (Penny), Karen Vincent (William), Elaine Munson (Gerald), and Stephen Dietz (Maryann); 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends. Family was everything to Carole and she was happiest cooking, baking and being surrounded by family. She lived life to the fullest, and was a diehard fan of the Cleveland Indians, the Cleveland Browns, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Visitation will be held 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 9, at Aycock Funeral Home, 950 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach, FL. Funeral Mass will be held 12 p.m. Monday, June 10, at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 2100 SE Cove Road, Stuart, FL 34997. Interment will follow at Fernhill Memorial Gardens, 1501 South Kanner Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994.
