Penny loved her family, especially her grandchildren & had a kind soul & loved crafts and animals. Penny was very independent, she always insisted she could do things for herself. Even though she refused help from others, she was the first to offer help to others in need. Penny worked for the Salvation Army, Pinecrest Home for the Aged and at Canadian Tire in Kenora and in Fort Frances.
Penny had a different perspective on the world, which made her a great person to brainstorm with. Even if you didn’t find the result you were looking for, her sense of humor made it time well spent.
She will be greatly missed.
Service will be held in Emo, Ontario at later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by family.
