Maria Licia DiPaolo

Maria Licia Di Paolo was born in Cansano, L'Aquila, Italy on Feb 2, 1926 to Valeriano DiGregorio and Albina Di Paolo. Maria was the 2nd of five children. All of her brothers and sisters predeceased her. Maria and her sister, Concetta, had their own dress shop in Cansano. After ww2, Maria emigrated to the USA where she married Joseph Di Paolo and lived in Frederick, Colorado, and then in Longmont, Colorado. Maria obtained her GED in the USA. Maria was a homemaker for many years. Maria also worked as a nanny, and companion to the elderly. Maria enjoyed studying the Bible and doing puzzle books. Maria was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Di Paolo and her son John Di Paolo. Maria is survived by her grandchildren, Joseph, James, and Alee Di Paolo. Maria is also survived by her daughter Anna, son in law Robert Liberatore, grandson Anthony, and grand daughter Julia. Maria is survived by her cousins the the Wall-Woodhams family, and her Di Paolo, Colalancia, and DiGregorio nephews and nieces. The Funeral will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic church in Longmont Colorado on Tuesday June 18th at 10 am.
