Sigrid Kent

Sigrid Kent passed away at Kaplan Family Hospice House on May 8th. Siggy began receiving residential services through Bridgewell more than thirty years ago and lived in a number of Bridgewell programs before moving to her home at Garden Street in Danvers. Siggy had a vibrant personality, loved animals of any kind and enjoyed music, particularly anything by Elvis or Johnny Cash. She loved coloring books and stuffed animals, and would often roll them up and stuff them in her clothing or her chair for safe keeping. Siggy had a great sense of humor and was known for being a bit sassy and direct. She is greatly missed by her roommates, Judy, Nancy, Denise and Connie, and their support staff, all of whom have remarked that the house is a little too quiet with her absence.
