Vera Lila White

Vera Lila White passed away peacefully on Friday, October 12, 2018 at The Residences in Mission at the age of 91 years. She was born October 7, 1927. Vera will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 71 years, Robert “Bob”; son, Dr. Leslie White of Alberta; daughter, Linda Coghill and husband William of Alberta; grandchildren, Sean Cox, Lindsay Cox, David Cox , Emerson White and great grandson Cassius Fryklund Cox. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Woodlawn Mission Funeral Home, 7386 Horne Street, Mission with a reception to follow. Private family interment. Vera was known and very appreciated for knitting nearly 500 sweater sets for the Hospital Auxiliary. If friends so desire, memorial donations to honour Vera, in lieu of flowers, would be appreciated to the Fraser Valley Humane Society, 33103 N. Railway Ave, Mission, BC V2V 1E3
