Obituary of Trevor Daniel Kresser
Trevor Daniel Kresser, 28, died on the 11th Day of June 2019, in his home in San Marcos, CA after a severe case of epilepsy caused by a traumatic brain injury at the age of 10. In the past year the seizures became more and more frequent, despite numerous efforts by his parents to find an effective treatment to control them. His funeral service will be held Friday June 21st at 2 PM at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside CA, followed by a Celebration of Life at Oceanside Adventist Church. Trevor Kresser was born June 18th, 1990 in Denver Colorado to Hermann and Cheryl Kresser. In 1998, the family moved to San Diego County where he spent the remainder of his years. Trevor was an active member of the Adventist community, attending Escondido Adventist Academy, from 3rd through 12th grade. During his time there Trevor was viewed as a tremendous athlete participating in basketball, volleyball and flag football. His athleticism also branched outside of school excelling in BMX, mountain biking, road biking, motorcycle riding, and most recently bowling. After graduating from EAA, Trevor continued his studies at Palomar College. Once earning his A.A Trevor transferred to California State University San Marcos, earning his Bachelors of Arts in History. Trevor then began working at UPS and Niterider Technical Lighting Systems where he focused on saving his money in hopes to one day buy a house, purchase a 2015 Ford Mustang GT, go on a trip to watch the Broncos play in his home town and to attend a Formula One race in Austin Texas with his father. Despite his increased frequency of seizures in the last year, he was made happiest by meeting the love of his life Kaylee Brummett. Trevor’s family and friends believed Kaylee brought the best out of him. Trevor began to experience life in a new light by going on numerous adventures, expressing his creative side and growing into the man he was meant to be. Although their time together was short they knew from early on that they were meant to be together. They frequently discussed their future with hopes of one day finalizing their love in the eyes of God. Trevor is survived by his mother, father, and sister Carrie Kresser. Trevor’s family and friends described him as a man of very few words yet when he spoke it was with purpose and meaning. He was a gentle and kind hearted soul who dedicated his efforts in being a team player who was humble and hardworking. Trevor will be forever missed. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.eternalhillsmortuary.com for the Kresser family.
