Joni loved her family dearly. Luke and Beau were her world. There is NOTHING she wouldn't do for them. Tim was the love of her life. EVERY time I spoke with her she would talk about her family. She was my favorite football-loving and UM fan!!!! Not many of us women LOVE football, but Joni and I shared that love of the game. Joni was the most loving, giving person I know especially when it came to the kids and different activities that they were involved in. She was the best "Team Mom" that I can remember. I also loved her passion for politics. She would tell you what she believed and why she believed it. I am going to miss her dearly and I know her friends and family will. She has left a legacy for her boys to follow in. Love and prayers to those who have lost a terrific mom, wife and friend.

I’ve know Joni for years through the apartment industry. She was highly thought of and successful. She was so proud of her family and very involved in the boys life.
Too young to have passed and my prayers go to her family for strength at this time.

I met Joni at an apartment industry event several years ago. She was kind, smart, and good person to be around. People gravitated to her because she knew so many in the industry. Joni will be missed dearly. Prayers for her family.

Joni made me laugh easily with her quick wit. She was a soccer mom with me when Beau and Hunter played at WSHS. Joni, Janice, Barbara, Kerri, Raquel and I planned a senior celebration night for the soccer team and we became tighter friends because of it. I looked forward to spending time with her. RIP Joni. You will always be an inspiration to me.
