Lois Ann Leddick

Lois Ann Leddick, age 75, of Angleton, received her heavenly wings on Saturday June 8, 2019 in Luling, Texas. She was born April 15, 1944 in Bartlett, Texas to William Loyd Woody and Willie Pearl Sprayberry Holcomb Woody.
She is survived by her son Mike McMinn and wife Sylvia of Austin, two daughters Lee Ann Hearn and husband Ronny of Staples, and Maria Rains and husband Gary of Wylie; grandchildren, Warren Woolsey and wife Jennifer of Spring, Ashley McMinn Johnson and husband Jonathon of Round Rock, Brandtley McMinn and Corey McMinn of Austin, Jared Rains and Haley Rains of Wylie, Tyler Hearn of New Braunfels and Colby Hearn of Geronimo. Also surviving are great-grandchildren, Alex Johnson, Aaliyah Woolsey, Lilly Woolsey, Aidan Jordan, Logan Jordan, Aislynn Jordan and Jacob Hearn; and sisters, Billie Lindsay of Lubbock, Deana Shiplett and husband Francis of Bartlett, Joyce Pavelka of Friendswood, Ruby Todd and husband Bill of Parsons, Kansas and Pearly McGuire of Georgetown and many nieces and nephews
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of 44 years, Warren G. Leddick and granddaughter Natalie Woolsey.
Ann was a long-time resident of Angleton, Texas, formerly a resident of Longview, Paris, and San Marcos. Ann spent 27 years of her life taking care of her beloved husband as his advocate, constant companion, friend, and care giver. She was an extraordinary example of the true meaning of unconditional love.
There will be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. in the Mausoleum Chapel at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery. Entombment will follow. Services will be officiated by Brookdale Hospice Chaplain Lucinda Valenti.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ann’s memory to the Natalie Woolsey Toy Drive. This is an annual event benefitting children in Brazoria County in memory of her Granddaughter.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the doctors and staff at Ascension Seton Hays of Kyle and Warm Springs-PAM Specialty Hospital of Luling for their support and care in her final days. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Dr. Kalpesh Patel for the compassionate care given to our mom and our family during her time as his patient.
