John David Fulone

SSG (Ret) John David Fulone, 89 of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019 in Columbus, GA. Graveside funeral services with military honors will be held Tuesday, 1:00 P.M. at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 11:30am to 12:30pm at Striffler-Hamby in Phenix City, AL. Mr. Fulone was born June 30, 1930 in East Douglas, MA; son of the late John and Josephine Yacino Fulone. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the V.F.W., American Legion, D.A.V. and the Shriner's. He was also a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Phenix City, AL. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Bertha "Tiny" Fulone, daughter, Susan Fulone, grandson, Brandon Fulone all of Phenix City, AL; brother, Chester Fulone of Massachusetts and several nieces and nephews.
