Thomas R. Baugh

Thomas R. Baugh, 56 of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Evansville, IN, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at his home. He was born January 19, 1965 to the late William R. and Doris E. (Webb) Baugh. Tom grew up in Evansville and graduated from Harrison High School and the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He was a substitute teacher at Hebron and Harper Elementary Schools before moving to Jacksonville, FL in 2003. Tom enjoyed being an elementary school teacher in Jacksonville, FL where he also tutored many students in math and science. He loved fishing but his true passion in life was golf. He was a former member of Rolling Hills Golf Country Club, was an excellent putter, and enjoyed giving many golf lessons over the years. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Jon Pape. He is survived by his sister, Diane Pape (Keith); brother, Roger Baugh; sister, Barbara Schultheis; nieces and nephews, Laura Pape, John Baugh, Russell Baugh, Emily Schultheis, and Chris Schultheis; great nephew, Mason Pape; and great niece, Layla Pape.
