Richard J. Tuscan, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Born on July 4, 1947 in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Joseph T. and Lucille S. (Shultz) Tuscan. At this time, no services will be held. Burial will take place in Scipio Cemetery, Harlan, Indiana. Memorial donations may be made to Byron Health Center, 1661 Beacon St, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Arrangements are entrusted to Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home.
