Joyce Fay Vinyard November 23, 1941 April 6, 2021 Joyce Fay Vinyard (Wilkins), 79, of Griffith, IN passed away on April 6, 2021 in Mesa, AZ surrounded by family. Joyce was born on November 23, 1941 in Fayetteville, AK to George and Grace (Stufflebean) Wilkins. Joyce was preceded by her husband of 55 years, Cleatis Dwain Vinyard. Survived by her children: Tim (Kay) Vinyard, Tami (Greg Widelski) Gregory Jr., great granddaughter Addison Cody (Sabrina), great grandchildren Colten & Serenity (Dean) Brantley and Bryson, Edie (Greg Gajewski) Garrett, Samantha, Ted (Mary Beth) Vinyard, Gabrielle, Collin, Olivia, Madeline, Ethan, Hayden and husband, John Kirkley of 6 years. Joyce was the youngest of seven children preceded by, William, Ruth, Annie, Dewey, Donald and survived by her best friend and twin sister, Loyce. Joyce was a loving, caring, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She was a devoted fan of her grandchildren and loved watching their sporting events. Joyce’s great smile warmed hearts & her generosity and humble spirit touched so many lives. Joyce was a true servant of God working on Builders for Christ projects for many years. Joyce worked at Longfellow Elementary and then Community Hospital until retirement. In 2015, her dream came true when she was on National TV. She went with her daughter and was chosen to "Come On Down, you are the next contestant on the "Price is Right" Game Show. Winning the bid, they shared the stage with Drew Carey. This was an exciting memory that was truly "PRICELESS!" Family and Friends may visit on Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 4PM - 7PM at Kuiper Funeral Home - 9039 Kleinman Rd., Highland, IN 46322. Funeral Services will be held the following morning, Friday, April 16, 2021 at 11:30AM at the funeral home with Rev. Kevin McCarthy officiating.
