Lillian Mae Arnett

Lillian Mae Elliott Arnett, 84, of Bloomington was called home Monday, October 22, 2018 in I.U. Health, Bloomington Hospital surrounded by her loving family and many friends. She was born May 31, 1934 in Bloomington to Herman Elliott and Wanda Welch Elliott. She was retired as an assembler at General Electric. Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn J. (husband Rodney) Clark of Bloomington; a son, Mark Dale Head of Bloomington; 8 grandchildren whom she deeply cherished; and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ernest Arnett; a son, Michael D. Head; and a sister, Carolyn Elliott. Lillian was of the Christian Faith. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and a collector of many things. She enjoyed helping others, spending time with her grandchildren and attending family gatherings. Graveside Services are scheduled for Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 1:00 PM in Valhalla Memory Gardens, 310 N Johnson Ave. with Pastor Derek House, of Light House Community Church, officiating.
