Max A. Creek, 63, of Ellettsville was born March 10th, 1950 to Max E & Betty Creek in Richmond Indiana and passed away October 19th, 2013. Max is preceded in death by his father Max E. Creek and step son Anthony (Tony) Mann. He is survived by wife Theresa (Terri) Gale Creek, mother Betty Creek of Sellersburg, Indiana. Children, Jamie Creek Farber & Jamie's husband Scott Farber of Washington DC, Shana Creek Skirvin, Jared Mann along with his wife Megan Lindsey Mann. 4 grandchildren, Tyler Skirvin, Kaci Skirvin, Chassidi Mann & Ian Farber. Brother Brian Creek of Wyoming, sister Brenda Martin of Sellersburg, Indiana & youngest brother Mike Creek of Lafayette Indiana. Max was of Methodist faith & attended Indiana University. For 35 years he worked as head chef around Bloomington Indiana & in 1997 he became partners with POW Pest Inc. of Farmersburg Indiana & was past president of the Indiana PMA & a member Pi Chi Omega. He was presented the key to Bedford Indiana as well a memb!
er of BNI. The blessings of Christ, Max Allen Creek was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather and friend.
Funeral services to celebrate his life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Day Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Collier Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Day Funeral Home, 4150 E. Third Street in Bloomington, IN.
