My heartfelt condolences to you for the loss of your lovely Elizabeth.
I'm so glad my mother and stepfather were able to be there for the service.

I was an awkward step kid in the family when my parents Frances and Eric Benke married.
Yet I was warmly welcomed by your parents George and Elizabeth. I remember more than a couple of dinners with them as they traveled through places I lived and invited everyone to big social dinners. The talk flowed, the questions abounded, and while George sometimes had a lot to teach and speak about, Elizabeth had the charm and wisdom of the Sherpa in conversations: She guided us all to where we needed to be.

It's an honor to have known Elizabeth and George, to have been welcomed into their exploratory discussions of the world. I am grateful to them for expanding my view of Humanity and the Universe.

May your losses be overshadowed by your Pride and Joy, and Peace.

My condolences go to all of you in Elizabeth’s large family. She and George were members of my church, First Presbyterian. George was also a friend of my husband’s. Both of your parents were highly respected members of the Columbus community.
Kim and Bill would probably remember me as Bill Sampdon’s sister.
I’m also a friend of the family who now live in your home on Franklin Drive here in Columbus.
I’m sorry all of you have lost your parents. Both were such special people.
