James Patrick Tungate
June 17, 1946 – November 24, 2020

James Patrick Tungate, 74, passed away Tuesday, November 24 at Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation.
James is survived by his children, Lisa Rey Tungate, James Patrick Tungate Jr., Clifford Tungate, and Gina Turner; one granddaughter; his sister, Elizabeth (Vandel) Pedigo; and his brother, Charles (Connie) Tungate.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick Unmaker and Marie Raikes Tungate; a brother, Don Tungate; and a sister, Debra Knight.
A Funeral Service for James will be held Saturday, November 28 at 12 p.m. at Myers-Reed Chapel with Bishop Jack Bartnett from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints officiating. Friends may call two hours prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery.
In keeping with Indiana guidelines, masks are required in the funeral home and social distancing must be followed. You may be asked to wait outside the building for a short time in order to stay within the allotted capacity inside the building.
