My memories of Aunt Uda include many family gatherings at the home of my parents and at Ten Mile. One special memory is of a train trip to Galesburg with my young family. Uncle Doc and Aunt Uda met us at the station, showed us hospitality in their home and took us to a display at the mall. It made a very enjoyable day for us as young parents. I will always remember her wit and her smiles.
