Dear Drew,
It is so hard to find the words to express my sympathy for the loss of your mom. Over the years you have felt more like family instead of just a co-worker so when I know you are hurting, I hurt as well, Although I never met your mom personally you gave me an opportunity to know her when you asked for my help with her birthday party, and then I received a beautiful thank you card from her and it made me smile. I knew she was someone special and that she had raised a loving and caring son. I have prayed for her since the day you shared her illness with me and I will continue to pray that God will give you and your family peace and laughter as time passes by and God's will be done. Dear Drew, from the first day that you started at Continuum, I knew you had a great momma. From what I can recall on your first day, your mom made sure that you had a good healthy lunch and you were dressed for success! Through our conversations, it is obvious you had a special bond with your mother. I suspect you were a momma's boy and ain't nothing wrong with that. My heart aches because I know that you are heart broken. You are very special to your Continuum Family. I am praying for your comfort and peace of mind. Sincerely, Kim G

Martie and I spent many hours in our cubies at PIM long after others left. We played tag team with our two doctors. When I lost my Mom in 2010, Martie was such a loving "Mom" to me when I was lost. Providing helpful pointers for life. I was and always will be grateful for the joy that was shared from Martie. Thank you sweet one for being a great part of FAMILY. I was so sad to hear this news. However, I know for sure that YOU won this battle. Till we laugh together again my friend. You will be missed. May peace be with the family, and thank you to your family for sharing your great spirit with us all. <3 Love ya always my "Martika". xoxo Kris

As many of the PIM Staff will attest to, Martie was also quick witted and very funny. She would have you laughing out loud, at times, with a story, a joke or a little dance move. At Prov. 17:22, it states, "A joyful heart is good medicine". She definitely possessed that quality of joy and it was good medicine for the office.

May the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials, be with the Bullas family.

Martie radiated joy. One couldn’t help but smile in her presence. She was an amazingly compassionate and caring individual. She was a great employee, a pleasure to supervise, and a wonderful friend. She will be missed greatly by all. May her family and friends feel our love and greatest sympathy for their loss.
