Martha and Zach,
I worked with Dee when she was at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. I've even visited her in Indiana and visited with her parents. Sorry I didn't get to meet you Zach but your mother was the best friend any person could have. I love and will miss her, my prayers are with you and your family. My name is Vanessa and I hope you remember me Miss Martha.

Zach and Martha,
I worked with Dee at Deaconess and Gateway hospitals. She brought a light into the room when she came in. I loved working with her and hearing her Zach stories. She was ever so proud of you Zach, you were her life. I will be praying for your family. She will for ever be remembered by many.

Only a few people are chosen in the medical field to touch the lives of people in this world by having that special caring heart, and Dee was one of those chosen. She showed that caring heart not only to those in need but also to anyone that had the chance to meet/know her. You will be missed greatly. Zach we love you and will always be there for you. With prayers being sent. Wayne, Pam and Christi

Dear Zach, I am so sorry that you are having to go through this loss, especially at the age that you are now. I remember what a good relationship you and your mom had when you were in my 4th grade class. Love lasts forever, and she is still loving you just as much. I hope to see you at the visitation, but if for some reason we don't get to talk, please know that you could contact me through ECS if you ever need to reach me.
Love, Mrs. Broshears

I worked with Dee in the respiratory department at Gateway, and she was my very dear friend. I only knew for her a short period but we became very close! I miss her wit and her sarcasm, her humor and her advice! She was a brilliant therapist and a great mentor! But most of all she was one of my very best friends! Zach you were your mothers whole world never forget how proud you made her and how muc she loved you! My deepest sympathies are with you and your family! Your mom will live in the hearts of many!

I went to school with Dee from first grade thru graduation from Reitz. I always admired her, not only for her outer beauty, but for her inner beauty as well. I am so sorry to hear of her passing.
