OBITUARY

Kenneth H. Bittner

December 18, 1932November 5, 2019

Kenneth H. Bittner, 86, of Evansville, IN passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at home.

Kenny served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He retired in 1995 from Red Spot Paint & Varnish after 40 years. Kenny was a lifetime member of VFW Post #1114, lifetime member of Riverbend and the Owls. He was a long-time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Kenny was preceded in death by his son, Gary K. Bittner; grandsons, Larry E. Smith Jr and Gary Tanner Bartlett.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bobbie June (Venson) Bittner; daughters, Sheila McKendree (DeWayne), Debra L. Bittner, Kendra J. Schrader (Scott); 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren; sister, Delores; nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit 3-6 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Alexander West Chapel. Burial at St Joseph Catholic Cemetery will be held at a later date.
