Melba A Beyl

Melba (Gaines) Beyl, 92, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019. She was born on January 29, 1927 in Drakesboro, KY to the late Henry A. and Mary (Stearsman) Gaines. She was a very active member of the First Southern Baptist Church. Melba is survived by her loving son, Danny Beyl (Kathy); grandchildren, Jessica Shockley (Jason Fildes), Katie Putirka (Ryan Baggett), Billy Putirka (Amy); great-grandchildren, Violet Shockley, Jordan Hughes, Abby Baggett; great-great-grandchildren Adeline Hughes and Jaxson Wheeler (in Heaven); The family would like to thank Newburgh Healthcare for their compassion and loving care, especially, nurse Christina. Funeral Services will be held 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Alexander East Chapel with Rev. David Cullison officiating. Burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
