Sharon B. Shelton, 85, of Evansville, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. She was born December 18, 1933 in Evansville to the late Elvis and Eleanor (Williams) McKasson.
She was a member of First Christian Church in Evansville. She retired from Weinbach Cafeteria after 24 years and volunteered for St. Vincent’s Foster Grandparents.
Sharon was preceded in death by brother, William McKasson.
She is survived by daughters, Sherry Marret (Kevin) and Kathy Byrne (Scott)of Evansville; son, Terry Shelton of Evansville; grandchildren, Chris Marret, Heather Baughn (Mike), Samantha Utley (Ryan), Jesse Shelton, Erica Crow (Harry) and Crystal Willis (Miles); 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Richard McKasson (Joette) of Evansville and Henry McKasson (Erma Lee) of Cincinnati, OH, and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be 12:30 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2019 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road. Friends may visit Friday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
