Hector was a dedicated husband and one of the things he loved was his “BBQ grill!” The entire family knew they had a chef in the house when his Argentinian Grill blazed in the back yard! His menu had a variety of items, in addition to mom’s most famous and tasty Mexican Guacamole! Hector took his time when grilling and could not be rushed or interrupted. The firewood had to be original and the meats perfectly chosen from the butcher’s shop. We enjoyed every piece of all the perfectly grilled beef (vacio) and his delicious Argentinian Chorizos. It was a pleasure standing by him when he was grilling. He would even let you taste little bites of his amazing delights. Hector’s family misses him dearly and we will never forget the times when we enjoyed his BBQ and the joy he brought to us. Those memories and many more will be kept alive in our hearts forever. In our hearts forever, His Family
