James Ronald Lawhorn On Wednesday, June 16th, Ron (82) died unexpectedly at Fairfax Hospital. Husband to Donna Lawhorn for 52 years, father of daughter Michelle and son Michael. Grandfather of Kaitlin and Madison. Father-in-law of Robert and Sue. Ron enjoyed traveling, cooking, gardening and spending time with his family. You could often find him and his granddaughter’s at the local Starbucks debating politics and current events. Ron’s favorite place to travel was Bermuda. While there he never missed an opportunity to have authentic French onion soup at The Hog Penny. He will truly be missed. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to Ron’s favorite charity St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
