IN THE CARE OF
Murphy Funeral Homes
Gregory, George, Uncle Sonny, Pop-Pops, Dad…was the light and rock of our family. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 15, 2019. His last day on Earth was in the comfort of his own Tarpon Springs home, Hotel Sevachko. George lived his life around his own, trademarked motto Isn’t This Fun?
For the family, friends, and acquaintances that personally knew George, they would agree that he was filled with life. He had a humble, generous heart that served his wife, family, friends, and even strangers. George would give his whole heart and the shirt off his back to any person that was in need. He experienced the most joy while he was serving others and spending quality time with loved ones.
George was the man that created once-in-a-lifetime memories you will never forget. He knew how to make anyone feel accepted, loved, and cherished. We will cherish the wonderful memories we had with him forever and never forget the legacy George left behind; a legacy of unconditional love, endless laughter, and servitude towards others.
