James E. Papenbrock II

James E. Papenbrock II, 61, of Fort Wayne, died on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at home of natural causes. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, he enjoyed gardening, fishing and baking, among many other things. He retired from Tokheim Corp. and enjoyed volunteering at the V.F.W. 857. He was the oldest son of the late James and Leona, who were also of Fort Wayne. He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Bankert of Fort Wayne; brothers, Steve Papenbrock of Fort Wayne and Joseph Papenbrock of Orland; daughter, Anna Papenbrock-Vasquez of Fort Wayne; and two sons, Jeff Papenbrock and Marc Papenbrock, both of Fort Wayne. He will be missed by nine grandchildren who loved him dearly. You will be in our hearts forever. Funeral service is 3 p.m. Sunday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N.
