Madelyn W. Trammel

Madelyn W. Trammel, 95, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Heritage Park Commons. She was born March 10, 1926 in Conklin, NY to the late Charles and Mabel (Guard) Ward. She worked as an Owner and operator of B & M interiors. She had also worked at Peoples Trust & Savings, and Waterfield Mortgage Company. Madelyn was a member of Trinity English Lutheran Church, as well as having membership at American Legion #47. Surviving are her daughter, Cathy (Tom) Clark of New Haven; sons, Dennis (Sylvia) Cunningham, and Jerry Cunningham, both of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Trammel; and siblings, Fred and Jean. Private services for Madelyn will be held at a later date including burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials in her honor of her memory may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
